How does shipping work?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee across Ontario. Everywhere else in Canada & International ships by weight and courier, calculated at checkout.

Are the beans fresh?

Absolutely. All of our beans are roasted to order - no sitting on shelves, no stale stock. Just freshly roasted coffee delivered at peak flavour.

How long will my order take to ship?

We typically roast and pack orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen courier.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of food products, we don’t accept returns on coffee. But if there’s any issue with your order, reach out - we’ll make it right.

Where do your beans come from?

Our beans are sourced from top-tier farms and roasted by a Canadian specialty roaster to bring out bold, clean, morning-kick flavours.
